Our classes are instructed to all fitness levels by modifying or challenging as needed in a fun, upbeat and motivational atmosphere. Our certified, knowledgeable instructors teach using a variety of techniques.
All group fitness classes are adult classes unless specified all ages
-Please no cell phones in the room during class. If you have a special circumstance and need to bring it in we ask that your phone is 100% on silent. You are completely free to leave the room if needed, but we do our best to keep that space free of distractions.
-Please note that classes start promptly at the scheduled time and late arriving participants will not be allowed join in. Arriving late can increase the risk of injury and can be unsafe to miss out on the warm up & instructions.
Arriving late is disruptive to other participants and we strive to make the class the best that it can be. To prevent interruptions, the doors will be locked right at class start time.
- For your safety and the safety of others, please have clean/dry shoes for your classes
-If you need to leave early, no problem, we understand there may be a time when you need to do so. Please just inform the instructor ahead of time
GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
ALL CLASSES ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Kids yoga- A fun and playful way to learn about different yoga poses, mindfulness and breathing techniques. With these skills children will develop lifelong skills to help keep their bodies strong, balanced, calm, focused, release tension, and to build self-esteem and confidence. Kids yoga will incorporate a variety of music, movement, laughter and fun while learning about yoga. Ages 2-12
Strength & Cardio- Challenge yourself with a combination of strength training, cardio, balance and
flexibility using a variety of exercise types and techniques in a fast-paced and fun environment.
PiYo is a choreographed class that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout. PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga class. PiYo speeds everything up—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
Gentle Stretch & Relaxation - A 45 minute low impact, low intensity, full body stretch that will increase your range of motion and flexibility in a relaxing environment.
H.I.I.T. X- A 30 minute high intensity interval training class incorporating a combination of cardio & strength training.
Barre- A fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Barre classes incorporate specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Barre classes are low-impact and are conducive to all fitness levels. They are also particularly enjoyed by women (but men are welcome)since they incorporate graceful movements and elements of ballet, allowing participants to experience a dance "element" in the workouts. You’ll see improvement in your posture, balance, strength, and flexibility.
Relaxation Yoga- no sweating involved in this class! A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, stretching and a guided relaxation. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. You will leave feeling renewed and refreshed!
Beginner Yoga- is an all level friendly yoga class where you will increase range of motion, strengthen your core, mind/body connection, increase flexibility, core conditioning, reduce stress & more!
Basic Yoga- In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. ... Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Yoga Level 1 & 2- This class is targeted towards intermediate practitioners, but all experience levels are welcome to explore, grow, and evolve their practice in 1/2.
In this 60 minute, beginner friendly, yoga class-we will be incorporating essential oils in to our practice. Essential oils will help you get into a deeper state of awareness and presence, transforming the yoga practice. Like yoga, essential oils have been used for thousands of years to heal and balance the mind-body connection. Since the sense of smell is the easiest pathway to the brain’s limbic system where memories, instincts and vital functions are controlled and processed it makes sense to use specific therapeutic grade essential oils in your yoga! Exponentially more concentrated than their herbal counterparts, essential oils can be diffused, inhaled or applied topically for almost immediate results. Here are some of the powerful benefits of essential oils:

Soothes muscles and joints
Supports immune function
Using the chakras as a foundation, Aroma Yoga features the application and benefits of essential oils for various asanas (poses) and energy exercises. A simple, straight forward introduction to the magic of essential oils and world of aromatherapy.You will leave feeling grounded and refreshed from the yoga and you will also have an understanding of why and where to apply the oil. Who is this class for? Yoga lovers, essential oil lovers, anyone wanting to enhance their yoga practice, anyone wanting to learn yoga or learn about essential oils.
Small Group training (priced seperatly)- Small Group training is a semi-private training/class for 2-5 people of your choice to do the class/type of training that you choose. Must schedule ahead of time
