Shine is a fitness center with something for everyone. We offer a variety of adult group fitness classes from Yoga to Boot Camp. We teach to all fitness levels by modifying or challenging as needed in a fun, upbeat and motivation atmosphere. Our knowledgeable instructors teach using a variety of techniques in intimate classes. Current session is 8 weeks.

All group fitness classes are adult classes unless specified all ages

"X" indicates 30 minute classes
-Please no cell phones in the room during class. If you have a special circumstance and need to bring it in we ask that your phone is 100% on silent. You are completely free to leave the room if needed, but we do our best to keep that space free of distractions.
-Please note that classes start promptly at the scheduled time and late arriving participants will not be allowed join in. Arriving late can increase the risk of injury and can be unsafe to miss out on the warm up & instructions.
Arriving late is disruptive to other participants and we strive to make the class the best that it can be.
- For your safety and the safety of others, please have clean/dry shoes for your classes
-If you need to leave early, no problem, we understand there may be a time when you need to do so. Please just inform the instructor ahead of time
GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
ALL CLASSES ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Full Body Fit- Challenge yourself with a combination of strength training, cardio, balance and
flexibility using a variety of exercise types and techniques in a fast-paced and fun environment.
PiYo is a choreographed class that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout. PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga class. PiYo speeds everything up—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
POUND- A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric & Isometric poses. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique –all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Tone & Stretch - A 60 minute low impact, low intensity, full body workout that will tone muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility creating long, lean muscles.
H.I.I.T. X- A 30 minute high intensity interval training class incorporating a combination of cardio & strength training.
Pilates- Tone and build long, lean, more sculpted muscles. Improve posture. Enhance mind-body connection. Stabilize and strengthen the core and improve and gain flexibility in this 45 min low-impact class.
Boot Camp-A high intensity interval training class using body weight and dumbells to tone, burn fat, improve daily functions through functional training and increase fitness!
Relaxation Yoga- no sweating involved in this class! A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, stretching and a guided relaxation. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. You will leave feeling renewed and refreshed!
Circuit training - A 60 minute class where you will be rotating through a serious of stations using various equipment at each. You will work on strength training, toning, cardio, balance and flexibility.
Basic Yoga- Basic Yoga is an all level friendly yoga class where you will increase range of motion, strengthen your core, mind/body connection, increase flexibility, core conditioning, reduce stress & more! Beginners welcome.
Vinyasa Level I & II Yoga - Suitable for all levels, Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow while increasing range of motion, strengthen your core, mind/body connection, increase flexibility, core conditioning, reduce stress & more!
Core X- This is a 30 minute class of core and abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.
Kickboxing- A mixture of karate and boxing practiced for general fitness
In this 60 minute, beginner friendly, yoga class-we will be incorporating essential oils in to our practice. Essential oils will help you get into a deeper state of awareness and presence, transforming the yoga practice. Like yoga, essential oils have been used for thousands of years to heal and balance the mind-body connection. Since the sense of smell is the easiest pathway to the brain’s limbic system where memories, instincts and vital functions are controlled and processed it makes sense to use specific therapeutic grade essential oils in your yoga! Exponentially more concentrated than their herbal counterparts, essential oils can be diffused, inhaled or applied topically for almost immediate results. Here are some of the powerful benefits of essential oils:
Improve mental clarity
Ease stress and anxiety
Soothes muscles and joints
Supports immune function
Using the chakras as a foundation, Aroma Yoga features the application and benefits of essential oils for various asanas (poses) and energy exercises. A simple, straight forward introduction to the magic of essential oils and world of aromatherapy.You will leave feeling grounded and refreshed from the yoga and you will also have an understanding of why and where to apply the oil. Who is this class for? Yoga lovers, essential oil lovers, anyone wanting to enhance their yoga practice, anyone wanting to learn yoga or learn about essential oils.
Trainers choice- The trainer chooses what the work out will be leaving it a suprise until its class time!
Small Group training (priced seperatly)- Small Group training is a semi-private training/class for 2-5 people of your choice to do the class/type of training that you choose. Must schedule ahead of time
