Shine is a fitness center with something for everyone. We offer a variety of classes from Yoga to Boot Camp. We teach to all fitness levels by modifying or challenging as needed in a fun, upbeat and motivation atmosphere. Our knowledgeable instructors teach using a variety of techniques in intimate classes. Full Body Fit- Challenge yourself with a combination of strength training, cardio, balance and
flexibility using a variety of exercise types and techniques in a fast-paced and fun environment.
PiYo is a choreographed class that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout. PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga class. PiYo speeds everything up—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
Kickboxing- This high intensity, total body workout is a form of martial arts that combines elements of Karate and Boxing.
POUND- A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric & Isometric poses. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique –all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Yo-lates- an upbeat, fast paced, choreographed class that combines the low impact strength training benefits and core strengthening of traditional Pilates along with the strength and flexibility benefit of yoga. Very similar to the popular "PiYo" class.
H.I.I.T. X- A 30 minute high intensity interval training class incorporating a combination of cardio & strength training.
Pilates- Tone and build long, lean, more sculpted muscles. Improve posture. Enhance mind-body connection. Stabilize and strengthen the core and improve and gain flexibility in this 45 min low-impact class.
Boot Camp-This high intensity interval training class uses bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to tone, burn fat, improve daily functions through functional training and increase fitness!
Fitness Fusion- A unique 60 minute class that combines 4 of our most popular classes in 15 minute blocks each.
Basic Yoga- Basic Yoga is an all level friendly yoga class where you will increase range of motion, strengthen your core, mind/body connection, increase flexibility, core conditioning, reduce stress & more! Beginners welcome.
Level 2 Yoga-In Level 2 you can expect all the benefits of Basic Yoga in addition to holding poses longer, exploring poses in greater depth and detail. You will learn poses that require more strength and be introduced to arm balances, inversions, and full back bends. At this level, we assume you can read your own body and practice within your own limits while approaching the more complicated poses in a safe way.
This class is for those who:
-Are looking for a more advanced Hatha class.
-Know and respect their body’s strengths and limitations.
-Are ready to explore yoga in greater depth.
Dance fitness- Move to the beats of salsa, flamenco, merengue and current pop music to name a few. The dance workout will feel more like a party than a workout. This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance inspired by he popular dance craze, Zumba. In this 60-minute class, you’ll get a great cardio workout that melts fat, strengthens your core, and improves flexibility. No rhythm required.
Core X- This is a 30 minute class of core and abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.
In this 60 minute, beginner friendly, yoga class-we will be incorporating essential oils in to our practice. Essential oils will help you get into a deeper state of awareness and presence, transforming the yoga practice. Like yoga, essential oils have been used for thousands of years to heal and balance the mind-body connection. Since the sense of smell is the easiest pathway to the brain’s limbic system where memories, instincts and vital functions are controlled and processed it makes sense to use specific therapeutic grade essential oils in your yoga! Exponentially more concentrated than their herbal counterparts, essential oils can be diffused, inhaled or applied topically for almost immediate results. Here are some of the powerful benefits of essential oils:

Using the chakras as a foundation, Aroma Yoga features the application and benefits of essential oils for various asanas (poses) and energy exercises. A simple, straight forward introduction to the magic of essential oils and world of aromatherapy.You will leave feeling grounded and refreshed from the yoga and you will also have an understanding of why and where to apply the oil. Who is this class for? Yoga lovers, essential oil lovers, anyone wanting to enhance their yoga practice, anyone wanting to learn yoga or learn about essential oils.
Rhythmic Yoga -A yoga class like you've never expirienced before. We combine traditional Yoga Asanas (poses) and breathing techniques with primal movements, rhythms and plyometrics. With this combination, you get a mega fat-blas, total body strengthening and total body stretching as well the increased range of motion and stress relief that traditionl yoga offer. This class can be easily modified and great for all fitness levels
Core de Force-A choreographed cardio Kickboxing class where the work is broken into 3-minute "rounds"—just like a real boxing match. You will be practicing attack boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai combinations, bodyweight moves and fat-blasting cardio spikes.
Small Group training (priced seperatly)- Small Group training is a semi-private training/class for 2-5 people of your choice to do the class/type of training that you choose. Must schedule ahead of time
